Which JOINTLY 365 product should I choose?

Use Jointly 365 Advanced for older dogs with noticeable signs of stiffness or if you just want to treat your dog to the best option available - extra Omega 3 has plenty of general health benefits.

Use the Adult version if your dog is showing infrequent signs of stiffness.

If I am currently using another joint supplement, can I swap my dog to JOINTLY 365?

Yes. There will be no need to continue on your old supplement once you use JOINTLY 365. Please start with the double dose to see the quickest response in your dog. If you have been using another green lipped mussel product, there is no need to double the dose at the start.

Is your product completely plastic free?

Yes. All elements are plastic free, even the pouch closing mechanism. In addition, all elements are compostable, with the pouch being compostable at home or via collection of your food or green waste (ask your local authority for details). 

How old should my dog be before I use JOINTLY 365?

You can use this natural product in any age of dog to support healthy joints and wellbeing.

What is the dose rate of JOINTLY 365?

For both products the dose rate should be doubled for the first 4 weeks. The ongoing dose is:

• 5-15kg - 1 tablet daily

• 16-30kg - 2 tablets daily

• 31-45kg - 3 tablets daily

• 45kg + - 4 tablets daily

Why should I double the dose for the first 4 weeks?

In order to see the benefits as quickly as possible, the dose should be doubled for the first 4 weeks. If you don’t, then mobility and wellbeing benefits will still occur, but they will take longer to see. 

Should I give JOINTLY 365 with food?

Both products are tasty tablets that can be given from the hand as treats. If you want to, you can place or crush them into food.  You can also give as a single dose, or split the dose over the day. 

Will my dog like the taste of JOINTLY 365?

Yes, it has been formulated to be very tasty. It your dog does not want to take it as a treat straight from your hand, it can be crushed into their food.

What is JOINTLY 365 Adult?

JOINTLY 365 Adult is a high strength formula, to help keep joints healthy and active in adult dogs, and those with occasional signs of stiffness. A concentrated and natural source of Omega 3 and glucosamine, kept fresh in plastic free packaging

How long after giving JOINTLY 365 will I see an effect?

You will usually see an effect within 4 weeks. If you don’t, please check you are giving the correct dose and contact our customer services team who will be happy to talk through the situation with you. It may be you need to upgrade to a more concentrated version, such as the Advanced product.

What is the difference between JOINTLY 365 and the Advanced product? 

JOINTLY 365 is a tasty tablet packed full of soothing green lipped mussel, Omega 3, and glucosamine, but not at such a concentrated level compared with the Advanced product. For full ingredient details, please review the ingredients list on the product pages.

How old does my dog need to be before using JOINTLY 365 Adult?

Your dog can use this natural product from any age after weaning. However, the majority of owners will use Jointly 365 in their older dog starting to show signs of stiffness.

How fast is delivery?

Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail the day after they are received, Monday to Friday. We try to dispatch orders received before 10am the same working day. Please contact us on email at hello@jointly365.com if you require next day delivery. 

Subscription payments

Payment will be taken from the bank details you have entered, and subsequently every two months. You will receive an email reminder 2-3 days before payment is taken. Payment will be taken 3-5 days before delivery. 

Can you ship internationally?

Currently we are not able to ship internationally. Please contact us if you wish to explore possible options.

Can I save money with a subscription?

Yes. You can save at least £5 per pack if you start your subscription. It’s easy to set up, convenient and can be stopped at any time with no penalty. Just log into your account to easily manage it. 

Do I get penalised for cancelling my subscription?

Absolutely not! You can stop your subscription at any time prior to shipment with no penalty. After shipment, you can still return it, but would have to cover the costs of postage.

How often should I request JOINTLY 365?

We think a subscription every 2 months is the ideal frequency. This means you have fresh product arriving regularly to help keep your dog mobile and active, but you don’t make excessive shipments - helping decrease your carbon footprint.
